At CareNext, the Institute of Psychological Health, we believe that a satisfying life begins with mental wellness. CareNext is a reputable provider of holistic mental health care and rehabilitation; it is based in Bhugaon, Pune. It gives us a sense of pride to be the only institute in Pune that has four well–experienced psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, counsellors, psychiatric nurses, social workers, and life coaches.
We are grounded in a Bio-Psycho-Social approach to healing. Each treatment is a personalised approach - not only the symptoms, but the individual. We also focus on evidence–based therapies, including CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based approaches, motivational counselling and only prescribe drugs when absolutely warranted. Structured practices such as yoga, meditation, gym sessions, interesting activities and personalised diets are encouraged as a way of promoting holistic wellness.
We ensure clinically proven treatment, led by specialists across a broad spectrum of psychological disorders, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, dementia and mental health in adolescence. Our de-addiction and recovery programs are designed for effective support in the recovery of alcohol, drug, tobacco, and other substance addictions, and provide medically prescribed detox, treatment, and robust post-treatment care.
CareNext has also focused care centres with female and child patients, which guarantee privacy, safety, and personalised care. The families and Family supporters are also actively included in the healing process and given counselling and guidance in order to facilitate long-term recovery.
